Who is behind EASYTM®?
D.P.S. Soluzioni Informatiche, since 2002.
A software house in Rome with two products for real estate, EASYRE® and EASYTM®; for EASYTM® it provides both the software and the service.
We have been providing tenant management for income-producing real estate since 2022, with about 10,000 events handled every year in Italy (each event is a recorded step of a request).
Our story
First EASYRE® for sales and leasing, then EASYTM® for managing properties
Behind both is D.P.S., a software house since 2002, which also develops custom software for companies and public bodies, with its own people.
EASYRE®
For overseeing the sale and leasing of large real estate portfolios unit by unit, with KPIs for the sales network. It dates back to 2018 and is a registered trade mark in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
EASYTM®
Tenant management software and service for income-producing real estate, residential and commercial, in use since 2022. It is a trade mark registered in Italy, and the name combines EASY and TM, for Tenant Management.
EASYRE® has its own website: www.easyre.it.
How D.P.S. works
The makers of the EASYTM® software also run the service
D.P.S. does not manage properties: it makes the software and, with its own people, runs the service.
The software
Tenant requests come in through the dedicated phone number or the portal, contractors work on the portal, and every step is tracked through to closure and in the fund report.
The Quality Hub
It is made up of D.P.S. people who filter tenant requests and close most of them without involving the managers: 86%, since 2022.
Support from Italy

Does D.P.S. manage properties?
No. D.P.S. provides software and service: it does not manage properties. EASYTM® is designed for those who manage them on behalf of real estate funds and fund managers, for owners and for multi-site companies.
What is the difference between EASYRE® and EASYTM®?
They are the two D.P.S. products for real estate. EASYRE®, since 2018, is used to sell and lease large real estate portfolios unit by unit, with oversight of the sales network. EASYTM®, in use since 2022, is tenant management software and service for income-producing real estate: every tenant request is tracked through to closure.
What does the name EASYTM® mean?
The name combines the English word EASY and the abbreviation TM, for Tenant Management, as stated in the official description of the trade mark. EASYTM® is a trade mark registered in Italy by D.P.S.
