What is tenant management for income-producing real estate?
Tenant management for income-producing real estate is the set of activities through which those who manage it on behalf of funds, fund managers and owners look after the relationship with tenants and protect the income it generates: requests, maintenance, suppliers, reporting. The property manager does this for the fund, which in turn has to oversee their work. And it is not just maintenance: across the funds served by EASYTM® since 2022, almost half of tenant requests (46%) are administrative or commercial, such as invoices and charges.
EASYTM® is tenant management software and service for income-producing real estate, made in Rome by D.P.S. Soluzioni Informatiche, a software house since 2002. With EASYTM®, every request leaves an audit trail: it arrives at a single phone number or through the portal, the Quality Hub assesses it and assigns it to contractors, and every step is recorded through to closure and in the fund report.
At the centre is the Quality Hub: people and a method that receive every call, classify it and see it through to closure. Here, 86% of requests are closed without involving property and asset managers (since 2022). The remaining 14% reach them already documented: photos, site visit, quote.
