In the management of income-producing real estate, a site visit is the building manager's visit to a building or a unit: to support the owner, for a tender, for a technical check. The site visit report is what remains of that visit: when it took place, where, who attended, what was seen and which issues came up.
With EASYTM, tenant management software and service for income-producing real estate, the building manager completes the report on their phone, right on site. Back at the office everything is already in EASYTM, and the report for their manager takes one click.

What to record in a site visit report
A useful report answers a few precise questions. In the EASYTM form each question is a field you complete on site:
- When. Date and time, already suggested by the form.
- Why. The type of site visit, picked from a list: for example owner support, tenders, technical checks, plus the types you configure.
- Where. The building, the unit, the floors and the areas visited.
- With whom. The people who attended.
- What. Any issues found, and notes.
- Evidence. Photos, taken in the web app and attached to the site visit.
On your phone, right on site
The report is written during the site visit, not at the end of the day: issues are recorded while they are in front of you, and photos go straight into the site visit they belong to. Back at the office there is nothing to copy out, because everything is already in EASYTM.
Site visit reporting: one click, in Excel too
When it is time for reporting, one click is enough: you get the report in your own reporting standard or an Excel export, ready for your manager. To follow requests and maintenance with the same approach, see the KPIs and reports for property management.
Ready to use, or configured with you
Site visit types, fields and reports are already set up in the software. When an owner has different requirements, we configure them together, to suit the owner.
